Larry Silverstein
Larry is President, CEO, and co founder of BTC.  He has been involved in every phase of Briara Trading. Larry oversees selling, buying, finance, and operations.  His 30 plus years of involvement in the off price industry is invaluable to the growth of the company

Ned Kaplin
Ned is a co founder and vice president of BTC. He has almost 50 years of experience in the Off Price business. He was owner of House of Bargains, a childrens wear off price retailer. After selling House of Bargains in1998 Ned has been fully involved with Briara. His primary focus is on the buying side, but adds his business acumen to all phases of the business.

Bruce Gillespie
Bruce is a vice president and partner in BTC. He has 40 plus years of experience in the Off Price jobbing business. He previously owned Milway corporation, an off price jobber. He joined Briara in 2002 and his expertise in buying from overseas markets helped Briara to become an importer. Bruce currently lives in Vietnam and he is focused on sourcing for BTC.

Brad Fern
Brad is director of sourcing for BTC. He has many years experience in the garment business, the last 25 years have been in the off price business. Brad travels extensively for BTC.
